Do I need an Air Conditioning Inspection TM44?
If a building has over 12kW of Air Conditioning you are legally required to have a valid Air Conditioning Inspection TM44 report.
Simple or Complex?
Buildings with split, multi-split or VRF systems require a simple air condition inspection.
Buildings with centralised cooling systems require a complex air conditioning inspection, generally if you have a chiller or air handling units a complex inspection will be required.
